Written to be read. We collect as little as we can get away with.
Calculator inputs
Values you type into a calculator are processed by your own browser and are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never placed in the page address. Closing or resetting the page discards them. We deliberately avoid collecting health information.
Accounts
If you create an account we store your email address, a username, and anything you choose to add to your profile. Community posts you make are public by design.
Newsletter
If you subscribe we store your email address and your consent choices, with a record of when consent was given. Consent for our research digest is separate from consent for any marketing from Vitality Supplements. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and you can change preferences at any time.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics to count page views and understand which content is useful. We record internal search terms to improve the site; we do not attach them to a person.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Account deletion removes your account and personal data; public posts may be anonymised rather than removed where deleting them would break a discussion others contributed to.
